So for the most part, I've been talking about the great things about the Computer Science industry HOWEVER we all know that it's 'not all sunshine's and rainbows'. I'm going to talk about the bad things that other tend to avoid talking about.

People Who Constantly Plug Their Courses:
First of all I respect anyone in the industry who is able to create a new source of income in the form of a course or something else; in order to provide value to others. HOWEVER, there comes a point where people over promote to the point where the rest of their content suffers. These people tend to over-exaggerate, sometimes bordering on the lines of scamming. They tend to say things like 'this course will change your life' but the reality is they're highly charged and tend to be low in value.
People Stuck in Their Ways:
This is common, both at universities and in industry. In universities, the syllabus is fixed meaning that you're forced to learn outdated topics which will provide little value in the future. In industry this could be things like Java vs Kotlin or Class Based Components vs Functional Components.
Arrogant 'Know It All's':
I'm sure everyone has came across someone like this in various industries and it is pretty annoying. This is common when handling projects and it makes them quite difficult.
Ridiculous Job Expectations:
